16-year-old Charlotte Hartey died in August 2009 from complications that arose from Tonsillitis after she was misdiagnosed with Swine Flu over the telephone.
The Charlotte Hartey Foundation supports local charities close to Charlotte and the Hartey family.
Local schools, clubs and charities can apply to the Foundation for a sum of money to aid projects and provide opportunities for the future.
