OsFest Information

This information page should give you all the information you need in the build up to the event. We want everyone to enjoy OsFest and above all stay safe. We certainly don't mean to be party-poopers but there are certain guidelines to which we must strictly adhere for legal reasons and these are outlined below - please do follow these guidelines as you will not be admitted to the showground if you are in breach of any of these points:

PARKING
Guests arriving with parking permits should follow the signs coloured the same as their parking permits ie. if you have Standard Parking Permit which is coloured red, please follow the red signs etc.

There will be a dedicated area for campervans, again please follow the relevant colour to locate the campervan area.

TICKETS and WRISTBANDS

There will be absolutely no admission to the showground without production of a valid ticket. On validation of your ticket at the turnstiles, you will be directed to the wristband exchange where your ticket will be swapped for a wristband. Wristbands must be worn at all times while on the festival site - anybody not wearing a wristband will be asked to leave the festival. Wristbands will not be duplicated or replaced under any circumstances and are not transferable from one person to another.

A limited number of all tickets will be available on the day but may be charged at a premium to cover additional costs. It is advisable to buy your tickets before the Festival to get the best price and avoid disappointment. Only badged OsFest ticket sellers will be selling official OsFest tickets - do not buy tickets from anybody that is not an OsFest representative as these tickets will not be genuine and will result in non-admittance.

There will be plenty of traders on site both in the Festival Arena and on the camping site offering a wide range of food and drink from burgers to health foods. If you intend bringing food into the Festival Arena, please only bring small, disposable containers and certainly no picnic hampers, cutlery, glass or breakables.
