Statement

The organisers of OsFest would like to apologise to Ministry of Sound and Hed Kandi for any improper use of their logo brand.

Whilst some of the acts playing at OsFest are Ministry of Sound / Hed Kandi DJ's our understanding of the branding rights were mistaken and the Ministry of Sound / Hed Kandi branding should only have been used in association with the relevant artists.

OsFest are taking the appropriate action, as quickly as possible, to remove the logo's from their publicity material wherever possible and would like to make it clear that OsFest is not in association with, or sponsored by either of these brands and this was a genuine misunderstanding.

The acts and artists remain unaffected and all performances will still take place, as scheduled.
